摘要：

<正>颈椎病病名目前虽有争议,但颈椎病是指颈椎椎间盘退行性改变及其继发病理改变累及其周围组织而引起的各种症状和体征的症候群仍是行业共识。颈椎病在我国的发病率为3.8%17.6%[1]。随着从事低头工作方式人群的增多,发病年龄日趋年轻化,且发病率呈逐年增长趋势[2-3]。统计表明在30～50岁年龄段,其发病率高达76%[4],严重影响民众的健康。颈椎病中神经根型颈椎病(Cervical Spondylotic
