摘要：

以企业员工为研究对象,深度剖析亲环境行为的内涵,提出企业员工亲环境行为的结构类型,并将其划分为公领域亲环境行为和私领域亲环境行为;通过调研分析目前企业员工亲环境行为的现状及特征,为企业规范环境价值体系、提升员工亲环境行为表现提供理论基础。
