妇科腹腔镜手术中卵巢功能的保护问题

摘要：

妇科腹腔镜手术中如何保护卵巢功能问题是健康发展该项技术的关键点之一。在妇科腹腔镜手术中要正确认识和利用电外科器械,将电外科器械对卵巢组织的损伤减少到最小。腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术,卵巢打孔术,子宫切除术和输卵管手术等要注意卵巢功能的保护,严格掌握手术方式和手术适应证。同时要对卵巢功能进行密切的监测。
