摘要：

肝衰竭发生和发展的机制十分复杂,叶一农等翔实地阐述了乙型肝炎肝衰竭发生和发展过程中的免疫损伤、缺血缺氧性损伤和内毒素血症损伤的三重打击现象,并结合临床将肝衰竭的发生和发展过程分为4个时相:上升前期、上升期、平台期、恢复期,针对不同时相的损伤特征提出相应的治疗策略
