摘要
<正>颈椎形态学特征为颈椎矢状位生理性前凸,以保持颈椎正常稳定性与灵活性。颈椎矢状位失衡与颈椎退变性疾病的发生发展存在密切关系,通过评估颈椎矢状位形态能够初步预测颈椎退行性病变严重程度,协助制定相关手术方案,甚至能够一定程度上判断患者的预后[1~16]。随着对脊柱整体平衡的研究进展,有利于进一步认识颈椎矢状位
