<正>脑卒中是一种临床上常见的脑血管疾病,具有高发病率、高死亡率、高致残率的特点,其中80%是由缺血性脑梗死导致[1]。脑卒中后约有55%—75%的患者会遗留肢体功能障碍,而手功能障碍占到其中的八成以上,这其中只有30%的患者能实现手功能的完全恢复[2—3]。脑卒中造成的上肢功能障碍严重影响患者的日常生活、工作及学习[4],本文就任务导向训练、双任务训练在脑卒中后手功能障碍中的应用做一概述,以帮助临床工作者更好地指导患者康复,促进患者早日
