摘要
新近问世的扫描式葡萄糖监测(flash glucose monitoring, FGM)系统实现了血糖监测技术人性化的迭代。其传感器使用的连线酶技术具有信号稳定、低电位启动、抗干扰能力强、葡萄糖反应不依赖于氧气等特点;同时传感器使用的限制性外膜能改善传感器-组织界面的生物相容性、增强传感器的生物-力学特性, 因此, 传感器探针不易引发机体的炎症反应, 确保传感器长时间稳定工作。这两大核心技术使得FGM可实现传感器工厂校准这一升级校准方式, 避免了传统CGM需要患者频繁采集指尖血校准带来的痛苦和偏差, 维持FGM产品在整个佩戴期间以及保质期内的准确性。
