后颅凹显微血管减压手术治疗三叉神经痛初步报告

本文报告了三叉神经痛显微血管减压术的方法。自1984年以来我们共施行122例三叉神经痛后颅凹显微探查术,在102例中发现三叉神经根受到血管压迫,其中101例术中作了显微血管减压治疗。显微血管减压术后91.1％疼痛消失,3.0％疼痛减轻,5.9％无效。本法并发症较轻,也未引起1例死亡。迄今对46例疼痛解除者作了4～13个月的随访,有3例复发。本术的远期效果,尚待进一步随访。
