摘要：

目的了解城市老年人的认知状况,初步探讨其相关因素。方法采用分层抽样的方法对山东省8个城市65岁及以上老人进行抽样。认知功能由韦氏成人智力测验量表-数字广度测验(DST)及简明智力状态检查(MMSE)得分评定。对资料进行t检验、方差分析等统计分析。结果共抽取2485名老人,其DST、MMSE均分(±S)各为8.64±2.54、23.64±6.14,男性均高于女性(t检验,P<0.01)。认知功能与年龄、教育、日常生活能力、社会支持、职业、婚姻状况等因素相关。结论城市老年人认知功能偏低,与生物、社会、心理等多种因素的影响有关。
