收入对居民满意度的影响实证研究

摘要：

本文运用行为经济学相关理论对居民收入与居民满意度的关系进行研究,结果表明:男性的收入满意度都要低于女性,年龄对收入满意度的影响都非常显著,都是U型的关系。受教育程度对收入满意度没有显著的影响,信任能显著地增加收入满意度;把参考点设置为"自己的过去水平"的人,有更高的收入满意度,即跟自己过去相比的人比跟别人或自己期望值相比的人更容易满足。结论说明仅仅依靠增加居民的收入并不能让居民满意,政府必须进一步完善中国的社会保障和收入分配制度建设,才能增加居民的收入满意度。
