Late-life depression is a common,chronic and recurring disorder. We performed a systematicreview of the published papers on the efficacy and safety of new antidepressants for treatment of late-lifedepression,including five selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs),venlafaxine,Duloxetin,Mirtazapine.
