<正>Pilon在法语中是药师用来粉碎和碾磨的钵杵,胫骨远端与之非常相像。1911年,法国放射科医生Etienne Destot第一次命名pilon骨折后的很长一段时间内,这类骨折被认为是不宜进行手术治疗的损伤之一,难度并不在于骨折本身,而在于并未认清软组织损伤的严重程度。1959年,Jergesen[1]倡导运用石膏外固定治疗pilon骨折。1964年,Leach[2]对腓骨进行了切开复位内固定,而对胫骨则不做任何外科处理。
