什么因素影响了大学教师的学术发表

摘要
本文从个人基本情况、教学情况、社会服务、科研投入以及组织管理等五个层面,对我国大学教师学术发表的影响因素进行了较为全面系统的实证分析。实证结果显示,大学教师是一个非常自觉的群体,外界的压力(包括生活压力、工作压力、科研经费是否充足)并不会显著影响到他们的学术产出;但与此同时,社会服务与课程教学也不能显著提升他们的学术发表,甚至还会显著降低他们高水平的学术发表。基于上述实证发现,本研究提出了一系列旨在促进"教学相长"的建议。
