糖尿病性胃轻瘫的诊治进展

摘要：

糖尿病性胃轻瘫(DGP)是糖尿病患者的常见并发症,影响糖尿病患者的生活质量。DGP是糖尿病患者的常见并发症,其主要症状为恶心、呕吐,早饱感及餐后腹胀,可极大地降低患者的生活质量。患者有胃排空延迟症状,排除机械性梗阻的病因即可诊断为胃轻瘫。胃排空闪烁扫描法是诊断胃排空延迟的金标准。DGP的常用治疗措施是饮食调理、促胃动力药、止吐药等。现就DGP的临床表现、发病机制、诊断和治疗进展予以综述。
