轻型颅脑损伤患者脑网络小世界属性的功能磁共振成像研究

摘要
目的研究轻型颅脑损伤(mild traumatic brain injury, mTBI)对功能脑网络参数的影响, 分析mTBI患者脑网络小世界属性的变化。方法收集上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院神经外科轻型颅脑损伤患者10例及年龄、性别相互匹配的健康对照组13例, 采集所有受试者的静息态功能磁共振图像, 构建功能网络, 分析脑网络属性。结果在所选择的稀疏度范围下颅脑损伤组与健康对照组均具有小世界属性。颅脑损伤患者的全局效率与健康对照组相比显著降低[(0.174±0.141)、(0.184±0.062), t=2.417, P=0.025], 最短路径长度较健康对照组显著增加[(0.797±0.930)、(0.734±0.488), t=-2.083, P=0.048]。结论轻型颅脑损伤患者功能脑网络具有小世界属性, 患者功能脑网络的参数发生改变。
