国际化进程中的动态能力绩效机制研究

摘要：

动态能力是企业持续竞争优势的源泉。本研究构建了国际化进程中动态能力影响企业绩效的理论与实证分析框架,通过对173家国际化企业的实证研究,得出结论:动态能力对企业绩效、国际化深度和国际化广度均有显著的正向影响;国际化深度和广度均对企业绩效有显著的正向影响;动态能力直接影响企业绩效的同时,还通过国际化深度和国际化广度间接正向作用于企业绩效。
