摘要：

结直肠癌是目前世界公认的可以通过现有的有效手段干预达到降低病死率的恶性肿瘤。在我国,开展全民结直肠癌筛查尚有一定难度。在体检人群中采用高危问卷调查,有助于指导选择结肠镜检查人群,提高结肠镜检查的针对性,是一种有效和切实可行的结直肠癌筛查方法。
