<正>新辅助化疗(neoadjuvant chemotherapy)又称术前化疗,主要是通过手术前的化疗提高手术的根治性切除率的同时消灭潜在的微小转移灶,从而进一步改善患者的预后。新辅助化疗现已广泛应用于骨肉瘤、宫颈癌、乳腺癌等恶性肿瘤,并已取得较好的疗效[1-3]。近年来,随着靶向治疗、介入治疗、放疗等多种治疗技术在恶性肿瘤术前治疗中的应用,现
