青少年直接自伤行为的发生率及与生活事件的关系

摘要：

目的:了解青少年直接自伤行为的发生率及与生活事件的关系。方法:采用多中心协作,分层随机整群抽样方法,在全国10个城市抽取12449名7-12年级中学生,采用青少年危险行为量表、生活事件量表评定青少年自伤状况及生活事件(有效问卷11869份)。采用Logistic回归模型分析自伤行为的相关因素。结果:30.0%的青少年在过去一年中发生过直接自伤行为:其中割伤或烫伤行为占19.3%,咬伤、抓伤或撞伤行为占22.7%;采取过其中一类自伤行为的占18.2%,两类行为都发生过的占11.8%。自伤组在生活事件量表上的总分及各因子分均显著高于非自伤组;控制人口学变量后,除丧失因子外,其他因子均进入回归方程。结论:我国青少年自伤发生率较高,生活事件对直接自伤行为有显著预测作用。
