脊柱后方截骨及Harrington加压棍矫正脊柱后凸畸形

摘要：

本文报告了20例强直性脊柱炎所致脊柱后凸畸形的手术方法及结果。术前后凸角度平均为76.8°,术后为32.5°,矫正率为57.7%。文内对如何选择麻醉,截骨部位,单处截骨或是多处截骨及手术合并症进行了讨论。手术结果证明脊柱后方截骨及Harrington加压棍内固定术对矫正强直性脊柱炎脊柱后凸畸形可获得较满意疗效,然而应特别注意防止截瘫的发生。
