摘要
<正>细胞自噬(Autophagy)是通过细胞质中的酸性溶酶体对异常细胞器、蛋白质以及病原体的吞噬、降解,从而形成一种胞内环境分解代谢的平衡机制。细胞自噬对机体的保护与防御尤为重要,特别在免疫系统中发挥重要的生物学作用,是链接先天性免疫与适应性免疫的重要组成部分。当抗原表达时,细胞自噬还可通过先天免疫与适应性免疫的交叉途径而潜在的获得抗原,并在胸腺中调节CD4+T细胞的克隆,除此以外,树突细胞交叉激活CD8+T细胞,
