摘要：

供应链整合与绩效之间的关系已经被广泛研究,然而这些研究大多利用单一国家或地区的数据使用回归分析或者结构方程模型等权变论方法,忽略了供应链整合不同维度间很强的相关关系。为了弥补这一不足,使用结构化方法对供应链整合不同维度与运营绩效之间的关系进行研究,并用全球10个国家的高绩效企业的数据进行了验证。研究发现了4种供应链整合模式,并发现供应链整合与配送、柔性、质量和创新正相关,而与成本之间是曲线关系。
