摘要：

卵巢早衰(POF)是由多种原因所致的卵巢功能衰竭,发生于40岁以下的妇女。特发性POF是POF中的最常见类型,但这些患者通常无明确病因可循。少部分POF病因特殊,涉及遗传学、免疫学、促性腺激素受体缺陷、酶缺陷及医源性因素等,了解POF的发病因素,将有助于预防其发生并改善其临床治疗。本文就POF的遗传学及相关因素做一综述。
