五味子的研究进展及质量标志物(Q-marker)的预测分析

摘要
对近年来五味子的活性成分和药理活性研究系统的整理总结,基于中药质量标志物(Q-marker)的概念,从成分特有性、成分有效性、成分可测性、可入血成分4个方面对五味子Q-marker进行预测。研究建议选择五味子中联苯环辛二烯类木脂素类成分作为Q-marker进行定性、定量分析,为建立和完善五味子质量评价标准研究提供科学依据。
