京尼平的研究进展及其药理价值

摘要：

从京尼平的理化性质、制备、检测和药理价值等几个方面进行了综述。京尼平是栀子苷的肠内代谢产物,是体内发挥药效作用的主要形式。同时,京尼平还在抗肿瘤、抗血栓、抗炎、治疗糖尿病等方面疗效显著,作为一种新兴的药物中间体具有很多新型的、重要的药理价值。
