知识活性对知识集成的作用机理——以知识嵌入性为传导变量、知识动员为边界条件

摘要：

文章阐述了以知识嵌入性为传导变量、知识动员为边界条件的知识活性对知识集成的作用机理,分析知识动员、知识活性、知识嵌入性与知识集成之间的关系。研究的概念模型及理论分析框架表明:知识活性通过传导变量———工具嵌入、人员嵌入、惯例嵌入、复合嵌入和协作关系嵌入的传导作用对知识集成产生一定的影响;知识活性显著影响工具嵌入和人员嵌入,削弱惯例嵌入、复合嵌入和协作关系嵌入产生的负面影响;工具嵌入和人员嵌入显著影响知识集成,惯例嵌入、复合嵌入和协作关系嵌入不利于知识集成。知识动员调节知识活性与知识嵌入性之间的正向关系;随着知识动员的增强,知识活性对人员嵌入和工具嵌入的正向影响增强,知识活性对惯例嵌入、复合嵌入和协作关系嵌入的负向作用增强。
