膝骨关节炎患者下肢动静态位置觉与功能状况和平衡的相关性分析

摘要
目的了解膝骨关节炎患者下肢动静态位置觉与下肢功能水平和动静态平衡之间的关系。方法对32例膝骨关节炎患者完成Lequesne患者指数评分、下肢动静态位置觉测试和动静态跌倒风险测试。进行Pearson相关性分析。结果患者双下肢中高频段姿势摆动系数和与Lequesne患者指数总分(r=0.36,P<0.05)、静态平衡跌倒风险指数(r=0.85,P<0.001)正相关,与动态平衡跌倒风险指数无显著相关(r=0.30,P>0.05);健侧或较轻侧和患侧或较重患侧复位误差平均值与Lequesne患者指数总分(r=0.33~0.39,P<0.05)、动态平衡跌倒风险指数(r=0.65~0.70,P<0.05)、静态平衡跌倒风险指数(r=0.38~0.45,P<0.05)正相关。结论膝骨关节炎患者下肢功能水平的下降会对维持机体平衡的本体感觉传入能力产生不良影响,从而导致其平衡能力的下降。
