:
用含0~200mmol/L浓度NaCl的Hoagland培养液处理獐毛幼苗,处理14d后测定一些生理指标。结果表明,獐毛的生长受NaCl抑制的程度随盐浓度增加而增大。叶绿素a和b含量均随着盐度增大而逐渐升高,而Chla/Chlb比值呈下降趋势。獐毛体内有机溶质、氨基酸、有机酸和可溶性糖等含量随盐度增加而明显增大。另外,獐毛的有机物干重所占总干重的比例增大,同时渗透势降低。这些结果表明,獐毛能够对盐渍环境做出必要的响应,以维持正常的生理活动,从而表现出较强的耐盐能力。
