菊花和几种其他菊科植物花粉的试管萌发

用改良Monnier培养基ME3(N.Leduc et al,1990)的盐和维生素,添加180g/1聚乙二醇(PEG)1500,使菊花Dendranthema×grangiflora(Ramat.)Kitam.花粉萌发率达到30%.在此培养基中再添加蔗糖有促进萌发的作用.180g/1 PEG1500+100g/1蔗糖,菊花花粉萌发率达54.1%.该培养基对其他菊科植物也有良好效果.南茼蒿Chrysanthemum segetum、雏菊Bellispetennis和膜冠菊Hymenostemma paludosum(Poiret)Pomel在蔗糖200g/1时,花粉萌发率分别达到79%、96.1%和24.3%.
