糖皮质激素对特发性肺纤维化预后的作用利弊探讨

摘要：

目的:分析糖皮质激素在特发性肺纤维化(IPF)各病程中的作用利弊,以及与其预后的相关性。方法:回顾性分析我院呼吸内科2002年7月至2008年7月临床诊断78例IPF患者,对其各病程特点进行分析。结果:经单因素Cox比例风险回归,显示糖皮质激素治疗和IPF预后无关(P>0.05),KaPlan-Meier检验也显示无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:糖皮质激素治疗不能改变IPF的预后。
