摘要：

咽瘘是喉切除术后最常见的早期并发症。我院行喉全切除术35例中,并发咽瘘7例,报告如下: 临床资料 7例均为男性。1例38岁,6例53～66岁;病变范围:T2 1例,T3 4例,T4 2例;2例已作了气管切开术;1例作了根治性放疗。7例均
