流式细胞仪在细胞凋亡检测中的应用

摘要
凋亡是一种细胞主动参与的自毁过程,与细胞坏死有根本区别。异常的凋亡状态与多种疾病密切相关,凋亡研究在临床有广泛的应用前景。本文介绍了4种应用流式细胞仪检测凋亡的方法。DNA含量分析最为常用,操作简便、成本低廉;Caspase-3是凋亡的早期检测指标,可以发现细胞内蛋白酶的升高;Annexin-Ⅴ探针能检测凋亡早期胞浆膜的改变;DNA断裂点标记是对凋亡形态学改变特征的流式检测方法。
