摘要：

达托霉素(daptomycin)是获准上市的首个环脂肽类抗生素。其结构新颖,杀菌机制独特。体外试验证实其对多重耐药革兰阳性细菌有快速有效的浓度依赖性杀菌作用,已被批准治疗革兰阳性细菌引起的皮肤与皮肤组织感染、金葡菌性菌血症或右侧心内膜炎。达托霉素6mg/(kg·d),iv治疗对甲氧西林敏感的金葡菌(MSSA)或耐甲氧西林金葡菌(MRSA)性菌血症及右侧心内膜炎的疗效不亚于传统疗法,安全性及耐受性好。
