脑缺血大鼠神经细胞凋亡与坏死的时空动态演变

摘要
目的 探讨大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注后神经细胞凋亡与坏死的数量与空间分布的动态演变过程。方法 采用大鼠大脑中动脉阻塞再灌注模型 (MCAO R)、HE染色与TUNEL技术 ,观察脑缺血 30min和 2h ,再灌注 1~ 4 8h后神经细胞凋亡与坏死的时空分布。结果 坏死细胞主要集中于梗死灶中心区 ,凋亡细胞分布于梗死边缘区的内侧 ,并呈放射状动态地向四周扩展 ;随着脑缺血时间与再灌注时间的延长 ,坏死细胞和凋亡细胞均增加。脑缺血 30min凋亡细胞较坏死细胞明显增多 ,而脑缺血 2h再灌注早期坏死细胞较凋亡细胞增多。结论 脑缺血再灌注后坏死细胞主要位于缺血中心区 ,凋亡细胞主要分布于梗死边缘区的内侧 ,并均呈放射状动态地向四周扩展。
