鲇鱼力竭性运动后的过量耗氧及其体重的影响

摘要
过量耗氧(EPOC)是衡量动物无氧代谢能力的重要生理指标,本研究在25℃条件下对不同体重组鲇鱼Silurus asotus Linnaeus(<30g、30—50g、50—100g和>100g)力竭性运动后EPOC进行了测定,旨在揭示不同体重鱼类在EPOC方面的适应机制。实验结果显示:鲇鱼力竭性运动后耗氧率(VO2)峰值立即出现(2min),随后逐渐恢复到稳定状态水平。本研究根据实验数据统计分析结果,提出了力竭运动后鲇鱼VO2恢复过程的数学模型(VO2=a+be-ct),并对其中参数的生物学意义进行阐述。通过对各体重组过量耗氧参数(a、b和c)的分析比较,发现鲇鱼体重的增加使有氧代谢能力降低,无氧代谢的能力却有较大提高。
