摘要：

<正>骨关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)是中老年人群常见的关节退变性疾病,滑膜炎症、关节软骨退变、软骨下骨硬化以及骨赘形成是其主要的病理表现,OA可累及全身多关节,包括手、膝、髋等,其中以膝关节最为常见,其在国内外普遍流行,发病趋势正逐年上升。OA导致疼痛和致残,严重影响了中老年人的生活质量。目前,OA发病机制尚不完全清楚,诊断主要依靠临床表现及影像学证据,临床上多采用止痛以及软骨保护治疗。
