摘要：

阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer disease,AD)是老年性痴呆的主要类型,老年斑和神经原纤维缠结是AD的主要病理特征。随着近年来对AD研究的深入,越来越多的证据显示Aβ可能是AD发生的原发性病理因子,Aβ寡聚体比Aβ纤维具有更大的神经毒性。由于Aβ产生和清除之间的平衡逐渐改变,聚集态的Aβ累积引发连串的复杂反应,最终导致神经元死亡和认知功能障碍。结合近年来的研究成果,综述了Aβ寡聚体(Aβ-derived diffusible ligands,ADDLs)和阿尔茨海默病最新的研究进展。
