摘要：

目的探讨经皮自体骨髓间充质干细胞(MSCs)移植治疗四肢骨折骨不连的临床疗效。方法 1999年5月-2006年5月,对48例四肢骨干骨折骨不连患者采用经皮注射 MSCs 进行治疗。结果 48例患者获3～48个月(平均12.6个月)随访,42例患者达到骨性愈合,骨折愈合时间(注射 MSCs 的时间)为4.7个月(3～6个月),X 线显示骨折线消失和骨痂形成。结论经皮自体 MSCs 移植术是一种治疗四肢骨干骨不连的有效和安全的方法,具有临床应用价值。
