摘要
加速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS)由丹麦Kehlet首先提出,主要目标是降低术后并发症、缩短住院时间,降低医疗费用,在结直肠外科、胃肠道、骨科等取得了很大的成功。近年来,随着微创手术技术在骨科的广泛应用,微创直接前方入路受到越来越多的关节外科医师的关注,微创直接前入路全髋关节置换术(the direct anterior approach-total hip arthroplasty,DAA-THA)具有组织损伤小、出血少、疼痛轻、康复快的优势,是加速康复外科的主要技术之一。
