摘要
20世纪美国合作教育的发展经历了四个时期:形成时期、发展时期、繁荣时期和改革调整时期。这四个时期由多条脉络互为链接而成:在学校层面上,从高等教育向职业教育、中学教育发展;在学历层面上,由本科向研究生与专科发展;在专业领域上,从工程专业向其他专业迁移和扩散;在发展模式上,由早期的辛辛那提"交替制"走向了"青年学徒制"、"契约制"等多种形式;在组织发展上,由教育领域发起向社会组织与行业组织共同支持发展;在支持体系上,由社会组织向与政府组织共同支持发展,政府支持由立法支持向资金与立法支持同时进行。
