门静脉高压性胃病的研究进展

摘要：

门静脉高压性胃病(PHG)是指门脉高压症伴发的胃黏膜病变,主要发生于肝硬化门脉高压症,其临床主要表现为消化系出血症,是上消化道出血的重要原因之一,严重时危及生命。近年来关于门脉高压性胃病的发病机制、诊断、治疗发展较快,现就近年来门脉高压性胃病的研究进展作一综述。
