摘要：

<正>易损斑块的不稳定性导致的斑块破裂、血栓形成和血管阻塞是引起急性心脑血管事件的主要原因[1]。易损斑块是指易于形成血栓或可能迅速进展为罪犯病变的斑块。研究发现典型的易损斑块具有以下特点:具有大的脂核,薄的纤维帽,伴有胶原含量减少,平滑肌细胞密度降低,巨噬细胞和T细胞密度和活性增加[2]。随着研究深入,目前对易损斑块治疗已经得到很多共识,比如他汀药物的应用,生活方式
