摘要：

胃食管反流病(GERD)与肠易激综合征重叠症(IBS)在普通人群中皆具有较高的发生率,IBS症状在GERD患者中是普遍的,GERD症状在IBS患者中也并不少见,可能是有共同的危险因素、病理生理学机制和遗传易感性有关。本文就流行病学、病因、发病机制、诊断和治疗的进展情况做一综述。
