慢性颞叶癫痫后抑郁的基础研究进展

摘要
<正>癫痫是一组不同病因所致的综合征,也是危害人类健康和生命的常见病、多发病,是神经病学的研究热点之一。据统计,癫痫在世界范围内的患病率在0.5%~1%,我国的癫痫患者人数在700万~800万。临床上较常见的癫痫类型是颞叶癫痫,研究较为广泛。慢性颞叶癫痫临床表现为慢性发作性颞叶功能异常,大多数属于药物难治性癫痫,具有发作难以控制、对抗癫痫药抗药率高、常伴有认知功能减退等特点,预后不良。部分病例病因明确,如海马硬化等,可考虑癫痫外科手术治疗。目前国际上癫痫的临床研究趋势表明对癫痫患者除了关注癫痫发作本身之外,更需要关注癫痫发作以外的因素,如生活质量,
