莫达非尼对小鼠中枢谷氨酸水平的影响

摘要
目的:通过研究莫达非尼(modafinil,MOD)用药后小鼠各脑区谷氨酸含量的变化,探讨MOD中枢兴奋作用的可能机制。方法:MOD灌胃给药,测定给药后小鼠脑部各分区谷氨酸含量。结果:MOD使小鼠大脑皮层谷氨酸含量显著增加,该作用呈剂量依赖性,但对其他脑区谷氨酸水平无显著影响。结论:MOD用药后使小鼠大脑皮层谷氨酸含量明显升高,可能与其中枢兴奋作用机制有关。
