摘要
小鼠及人T细胞识别抗原的受体(TCR)已被突破,TCR为不均质的二肽链分子,每一链内由二硫键结合。形成可变(V)及恒定(C)功能区。TCR基因是由V.D.J.C四节段组成,T细胞在胸腺内分化时,完成TCR基因重排、TCRβ链的基因,在人位于第7对染色体上,在小鼠位于第6对染色体上,就TCR发现的意义及展望作了讨论。
