<正>阿尔兹海默病(AD)是一种常见的神经退行性疾病,主要表现是进行性的行为损害、认知功能障碍。全球范围内它影响了超过2 500万人,造成了巨大的社会医疗消耗及家庭压力。目前为止尚无有效的治疗方法,临床常使用胆碱酯酶抑制剂如多奈哌齐、加兰他敏等,以及改善脑代谢的药物如奥拉西坦等,这些药物在一定程度上改善一些症状,然而没有
