心肌梗死发生和发展过程中的免疫机制研究

摘要
<正>在全世界范围内,心血管疾病造成了30%的病死率。冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病是心肌梗死和心力衰竭的首要病因。动脉粥样硬化及其并发症不仅仅是简单的脂类失衡,而是环境和遗传的影响导致生物系统和免疫系统的瓦解[1]。在心肌梗死和心力衰竭中几乎牵涉到每种免疫细胞,一些免疫细胞可导致动脉粥样硬化、心肌梗死和心力衰竭,而另一些则可以防止相应的病变。因此免疫细胞在心肌梗死和心力衰竭中的作用研究日益成为热点。
