摘要：

质量控制和标准化是中药产业发展的核心科学问题,对中药的临床疗效和安全性具有重要影响。中药化学物质基础的全面揭示和有效成分群的系统阐明,对于建立科学合理、有效可行的质量评价标准至关重要。本文结合作者实验室近年来的研究实例,从中药"固有成分的表征"、"有效成分的发现"和"质量评价的方法"3个方面综述了中药复杂成分解析与质量评价进展,并分析了目前中药质量评价所面临的挑战及对策。
