区域智力资本测度指标体系的构建

In this paper,we consult Skandia model of corporations’ intellectual capital and establish a system of indictors to measure regional intellectual capital well and truly according to its connotation.We use the principal component analysis of the multivariate statistics.The first principal component synthetically measures the actuality of regional intellectual capital.This paper also analyzes the actuality of each components of intellectual capital in detail and evaluates synthetically to know the predominance or gap for each province.On the basis of analysis,we give some suggests to manage and accumulate intellectual capital effectively.
